Yes, all our products are 100% new, unused, and quality-checked before shipping.

Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We deliver to almost every location in India via trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum amount required.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4–9 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking link and courier details.
What if I miss the delivery?
The courier will attempt redelivery. If you miss multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned. In that case, we’ll help you reschedule — just contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking – all processed via Razorpay.
Is Cash on Delivery available for all products?
Yes, COD is available. We may verify COD orders via WhatsApp or call before processing.
My payment failed, what should I do?
If your payment failed but money was deducted, it should be automatically refunded in 5–7 business days. If not, contact us at yodropp@gmail.com with proof.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or wrong items, and only with an unboxing video.
How do I request a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method (or bank account for COD) within 8–15 business days.
